About Our 29th Season: Marvelous@29
Barbara Hamilton, Artistic Director, Colorado Chamber Players, August 2022
The Colorado Chamber Players presents our 29th Season Marvelous@29. We celebrate nearly three decades of outstanding artists and music-making with new projects, delightful guest artists and core musicians with YOU, our wonderful and loyal audience members. For the safety of our patrons and our musicians, four programs and several concerts will be performed virtually this season. We continue to offer a flexible way to attend programs, so that everyone feels safe.
For the past twenty years, I’ve been a big fan of superheroes and superheroines. Our 29th season is inspired by some of our favorites: Dr. Strange (Twilight Zone), Shang-Chi (Mysterious Gardens of Asia), Natasha Romanoff (The Spirit and the Maiden), and The Falcon (Music of Flight). Music, just like superheroes, inspires us to get cope with adversity and to connect with humanity in a compassionate and courageous way.
