Barbara is currently Executive/Artistic Director and Violist with the Colorado Chamber Players, a position she has held for 30 years.

An active performing musician on viola and viola d’amore, Barbara is passionate about the non profit arts world.  She has given numerous workshops on marketing, arts integration into the curriculum, and grant-writing to members of the non-profit arts community.

Barbara was a founder of thescen3.org (and its current manager and editor), which is an arts blog developed to serve smaller arts groups in Metro Denver.

She has participated in many workshops through Think360, where she and the CCP serve as teaching artists. Accessibility, Arts Integration and Creative Aging are particular areas of interest.
